I've gotten 5 facial piercings from here and 2 ear piercings over the span of a year and they do a wonderful job every time. Anytime I've had any issues with my piercings I go in and they help me figure out what's wrong and how to heal them, they're extremely helpful and kind! I always do walk ins and never make an appointment and they're always super quick and efficient and they have a super cute selection of jewelry! I plan to get many more piercings and I won't get them done anywhere else!
This review is definitely long overdue!! I absolutely LOVE Medusa’s!! I’ve been coming here for about a year or longer and I am NEVER disappointed!! They are incredibly sanitary and talk you through the entire process from the moment you enter to the time you leave! I got my septum pierced here and the experience was phenomenal. The person at the front counter (I'm sorry but I didn't get their name) was amazing and we nerded out over Critical Role after I commented on their t-shirt. The piercer, Autumn, was professional and personable. When I told them that the jewelry I brought in was my son's, they immediately empathized and shared their personal story about loss. Brought my 4 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced for her birthday. Laryn and Brittney did a fantastic job and were really great with her. Laryn walked through all the steps and demonstrated the process with a stuffed animal that my daughter got to take with her. The whole process took about 20 mins.
