I've stayed at the Medusa hotel around 6-7 times over several years. Yes, the location is great. But the real reason the regulars keep coming back is because this is a boutique hotel in the truest sense of the word - a unique gem that feels like you discovered a hidden treasure. The staff (especially Jesse) are genuine, attentive and super efficient. No fake smiles and artificial niceties, just actual help. A rare gem of a hotel! Only stayed one night but will definitely return. Stunning interiors, very comfy bed and wonderful staff!!
I had a great experience at Medusa, beautiful property that is well connected to the city and easily accessible. The staff members were all very helpful and friendly. Overall, Medusa has a very welcoming and curated environment and I cannot wait to come back here, especially for the free ice creams in the courtyard.
