What a little gem of a hotel , so well appointed , friendly and so helpful in every way. A must for every traveller , I’ll be back.

The only disappointing aspect of this hotel is that there is no 10 star option Because if there was The Medusa would get it What an absolute treat from the welcoming and engaging staff to the spectacular decor to the wonderful ambience of the entire establishment When I enter my Coco Chanel era I will be taking my suite permanently … until death do us part Jesse and his team are brilliant at what they do

Oh if the world could be like the medusa. It would be clean, quirky and wonderfully comfortable. It would value style but not over substance. It would be staffed with real people, who aren’t afraid to be themselves, who laugh unabashedly when something is funny and who genuinely care. But it’s not unfortunately. Which means I’ll just need to keep stopping by here for my little fix of wonder. Which won’t be a hardship. This is an exceptionally beautiful hotel with high end furnishings, bedding and appliances. The decor is fabulous and the ambiance is enhanced by calm music, lovely smells and a well behaved, cute cat. The staff are friendly and helpful and very welcoming. The location is great, with plenty around but peaceful at night. My only regret is not staying longer.
