Called to see if I could get some tires mounted (literally a 1hr job max) and he said he was booked out for a month. Like if you're really that busy, you can't hire an extra hand? I really don't understand the logic behind some of these shops.

Have been looking for a real motorcycle mechanic, not one that thinks they know what they are doing. Mike is the guy! Had my bike at another shop and they gave it back to me in a box because they did not know what they were doing. Call Mike told the situation and he said he would take on the project. Within three days Mike had the bike that has been sitting for a few years back on road. He was honest and did only the work that was needed. Bike fired right up.
