The lady who pierced my nose Dis a fabulous job. She was so kind and funny. She told me what she was doing. Unfortunately I don't know her name, but she has a really cool accent. 10/10 will go back for future piercings 5 stars

Got a cartilage piercing here & purchased a special earring to wear once healed, I showed the piercer the earring I was getting at the time of the piercing and I was told it would fit. When the time came to change it it did NOT fit. When I went back to discuss it the SAME piercer looked at my piercing & the earring that I brought back with me & she said no that won’t work it’s a different size. WHAT?! Medusa is the best piercing shop I’ve ever been in. I’ll always be a devout customer. Their team of expertly knowledgeable associates has me keep coming back. I have had most of my piercings done by Katie and Rachel. They are so helpful with helping me decide what will look good and what won’t. Their other staff are very welcoming and friendly. Julianna cashed me out for the three piercings I got and was a perfect balance of knowledgeable, professional, and kind! LOVE Medusa!
Such a great experience. 🖤✨ The gals in this shop were wicked friendly & very knowledgeable. My wait was minimal & the prices were VERY reasonable. If you’re on the fence about getting a new piercing walk into this shop; ask questions & get real & honest answers. I promise Medusa’s won’t disappoint you. Love the piercers and the place. Came with a messed up piercing from another piercing place, and the piercer at Medusa very helpful. She gave me the right size jewelry and went over how to take care of it. I will definitely come back here.
Impressed by their jewelry selection. The piercing room was very clean as well, and the piercers were very serious about their job.
