Came to pick my mom up from the assisted-living home came in with a very bad attitude very rude to my family, and the nurse they also broke the HIPAA laws by talking about all of her medical history in the middle of the hallway yelling at the nurse that was just trying to get us help to get back to the hospital Would never ever use this service again.
They drive twice the speed limit past parks while tailgating. Y'all trying to get more business for yourselves?
Very poor communication
This company is horrible and will rob you. They charged $1400.00 to drive my father a few miles home from the hospital and would not answer any questions I had on the phone. SCAM!
My child attended a summer camp where he ended up with a nose bleed. Per camp requirements, he had to be checked out by medical so MedTrust checked him and billed me $100+. When the EMT called me to let me know what was going on, he didn't get my child's insurance information so of course they wait until... Get this.. CHRISTMAS EVE... To call me to get it. No ma'am.
