If I could give zero stars I would. Just like 2 of the previous reviews, I also question the credibility of the numerous 5 star glowing reviews. Jay promised us a quick loan process and financing. We also paid him his very large fee upfront as well as signed documents stating we would get our upfront fee back if the loan didn’t go through. Well the process turned into a 5 month process that in the end didn’t not work out and we essentially were denied.
