I've been unfortunately roped into using Medtronic once they took over Animas. I'm about to travel and needed supplies sent out earlier because I would run out on my trip, they told me to get my insurance to call to approve it which was fine. I call my insurance, they say no worries, put me on hold, call Medtronic and provide the information to get my stuff sent out early. The insurance company told me my stuff would ship Feb 21.
