I have been a MiniMed Medtronic customer for over 15 years, and this is by far the worst customer service experience I've had. I spent over an hour on hold, and every time I was disconnected, I had to start over by giving my information to a new representative. After all that, I finally received a callback from a supervisor named Wilma.
