Worst customer service of all time. Used to be the best around the board but now they clearly don't give a hoot about supporting folks who spend enough money to buy a car with them. Answer the phone folks!!!!!

Solid products for sure. Expensive. But beware as soon as your device gets old enough, they will abandon you. Customer service is disgraceful. I was treated rudely as a customer that has well over $200,000 invested in my stimulator I asked for HR to call me back and I gave them 10 days to respond. Crickets. Not surprised. If you have a choice of a different brand, take it these guys don’t deserve your money.
