During a professional interaction with one of their associates, JOHN KOZLIK, I was unfairly and personally attacked with dishonestly and verbal abuse. Then I was gaslit, and attacked professionally. I would avoid any orgaization that willfully employs people of this caliber or character.
This review is written to the corporate officers of this company. I did try to reach one of you but there is a complete disconnect between you and your employees and customers. I am a doctor and being treated with a Medtronic DBS system since 3 years. I had a few urgent system-safety related questions. Not a single mail was answered my Medtronic. I will now seek help from my lawyer to inform the health authorities of this severe negligence
By far the worst experience I have been through, customer service is the worst! Making a complaint as we speak
Manufacturer of GARBAGE!!!! DONT get an implant from these people!!! They don't work, customer service is non-existent. My implant been malfunctioning for years, no help. It's been 7 months since my implant has functioned at all. Medtronics refuses to fix or remove their garbage from my spine!!!!!!!
