We have been using the minimed instinct sensors with the 780g insulin pump for a while now and have a very dim view of these products. We have had numerous sensor failures with the sensor not communicating with the pump and also the sensor readings being very inaccurate. Contact with Medtronic’s 24 hour help line has been generally good, but many times there is a language barrier that makes it hard to understand the Medtronic contacts. AWFUL! TERRIBLE customer service. I’ve been calling since July about an issue I have. Every time I call they say they do not have a record of it according to Elaine most recently, and that they will ESCALATE the call for a call back. Supposedly Robin or Dee Dee are “going to call me back”. It is almost the end of September and I’ve not had a callback.

Worst customer service of all time. Used to be the best around the board but now they clearly don't give a hoot about supporting folks who spend enough money to buy a car with them. Answer the phone folks!!!!!
