I would run away from this company as fast as you can. As a veteran, I can tell you that I have been waiting over 15 months for a firmware update for my insulin pump. Since it revs the pump version and enables sensor initiated basal rate modifications, I would say this is a major update. They let me know today that I would need to retake two days of remote online training in order to qualify for the same firmware update I've been trying to get for over 15 months.
