If my pump fails or has an issue, Medtronic replaces it within the hour no matter what time of day it is. Perfect service.
Great service and excellent to deal with every time I give them a call and/or need anything.. broke my pump this time, had a new one at my front doorstep within a couple hours.. I never write reviews but saw there was a couple whiners writing reviews and honestly don’t understand how they could have had a terrible experience, as mine have all been excellent
Very difficult to deal with. tried to order numerous items for our interventional surgery suite and all they do is give you the run around. Setting up an account or trying to pay for an item is like pulling teeth and it seems there is a different department in charge of every single item, the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing.
