I haven't physically been here, but the customer service was awful, if there was any possible way that I could give no stars, I would. Was told to contact my supplier (after they told me to contact them) about some insulin pump supplies. What these two companies don't get is these pump supplies are LIFE! Just as important as insulin that I take. 😒 Very disappointed.
The equipment they supply is horrendous. As a First Responder, I need the equipment to be A1. My pump and transmitter hardly ever sync. This is a money grab.
