I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with the office. I was given an appointment 22 days in advance to remove a wart from my hand. However, the day before the scheduled appointment, I was informed that I must first undergo a physical exam and then be given a separate appointment for the wart removal. Dr. Alsadek is a gifted physician. During the examination he asks thorough questions to identify the root cause of my concern. He has a great bedside manner and genuine cares about his patients. In the years I have been seeing him, his diagnosis and advise have always been spot on.
