I've been a patient for over 7 years with Dr. Alsadek. He's such a great doctor really listens to you. He's very thorough with his patients. Office manager and the girls are so nice and friendly. They all do a great job.
Doctor and staff are very friendly and helpful. Doctor is very attentive and goes the extra mile to make sure my concerns and needs are met. The assistants are great and always treat me with kindness. Very great facility.
The best service ever
I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of the front office staff. When I scheduled my appointment, I explicitly told them I didn’t get off work until 12:15 PM. They agreed to email me the paperwork in advance so I could have it completed before arriving to save time. Despite this, I was given poor directions and wasn't told the office was the second building on the route, not the first. Due to an insurance change, I had my initial appointment with Dr. Alsadek. I was immediately impressed with the office staff for their friendly and professional demeanor, as well as quickly processing all the new patient forms. Dr. Alsadek spent a good amount of time with me due to several medical issues I'm in the middle of, asked me thoughtful questions, listened carefully, and didn't rush me at all.
