Kinda of weird every 3 months Med-Stop.com pulls a random drug test for lasts 18 months. I guess saying your state is requesting it that often isn't random testing it's mandatory. I've never used drugs in my life even hate taking prescribed medicine. Starting to wonder if drivers urine is being sold to those who can't pass or wanted by the law. So I called my state dot and they haven't requested a random urine sample. Really makes you wonder.
On July 18, 2022 I went in to take a drug test and it’s past 72hrs and no one has called me. I have been calling and no one will tell me anything. This is really holding me up financially.
After ten years of doing business with Med-Stop, I have to say state, their service had never been exceptional. But their customer's relations has gone down year by year and it has cone to a point where there is literally no custumer service. Don't believe me, go ahead call them, leave them 10 massages if u want, no ONE WILL CALL YOU BACK. You will be loosing employees left and right if you decide to go with this company!
