Staff - friendly and helpful. Facility - being remodeled but super clean. Price - very reasonable. Location - convenient. Beds - BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Lumpy and bumpy. Otherwise, a good stay. Not sure we'll return though.

This service is INCREDIBLY easy by phone or on-line! So helpful and the cost savings is amazing! My mother will be staying one mile away from Duke Hospital the night before her surgery and we get to have a restful night sleep with a very short morning commute to the hospital. THANK YOU MedStay!!!
