This is the most difficult company to get in touch with. I have emailed them multiple times to find out why one of my providers isn't showing up in the report system that they provide us and I haven't received one response. They bill me for 5 providers yet I only receive a report with 3 providers information. I would give them 5 stars if they could actually respond to a customer question and provide a report that reflects what I pay for.
