If I could give Zero, I would. I am rating a personal experience with 2 employees (black female and white male). Absolutely the most unprofessional encounter of my life... from not allowing a family member to ride with the parent to driving 10 to 15 minutes out of the way with a heart attack patient! These 2 ignored vital information and proceeded to stick my mother multiple times while agitated. This is serious incompetence! My elderly mother feared for her safety!
