Dr Amir zeinali is a great and knowledgeable and always take his time and listen very carefully for helping and diagnose the patients. Menstrual clinic is highly recommended.

Receptionist and office manager have zero customer service and professionalism. They are extremely rude and accusatory and call you disrespectful because you express your grievance over waiting 3-4 weeks just to see the doc and over an hour for your appt. Doc decides to double book his contractor during limited patient clinic hours. Extremely disappointed, worst experience of any medical practice I’ve been to.

The young lady receptionist is just absolutely horrible, how this young lady has been given a job in the medical field is just disgusting. She’s just plain rude. After berating me and insulting me for no reason she said I don’t feel comfortable with this call. A professional gaslighter I was the one who was uncomfortable with the call!! I have been a patient of Dr Zeinaly for just over 4 years now. Dr Zeinaly is an awesome doctor. He listens to his patients, is very knowledgeable and most of all is caring. He does what he thinks is best for the patient. Lisa at the front desk is wonderful. She is kind, caring, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I feel so very fortunate to be a patient of Medstarz. Their service is second to none.
