Too bad Ukiah valley fire Authority ambulance service was not running tonight. I hurt myself. Unfortunately I had MedSTAR come and pick me up. This happened on.5/5/3023 they charge me for advance ambulance service when the service was a BLS call they charge me for EKG cardiac monitoring when there is not one EKG lead on my body at all but I was charged for it. i wish i could leave a negative star review. I was in a crisis situation with some other individuals and i refused their service due to i had 0 physical injuries and they refused to let me leave on my own, even though I had my own car and a friend close by that could drive me. I DID NOT CONSENT TO THEIR SERVICE.. They transfered me anyways, and claimed that insurance and the county is paying for it due to covid or something. Ended up with an $8,000 bill. Insurance won't pay more than $2,000 because they are out of network pr... read more
