I would like to speak specifically on my experience with the Radiology department. I am in a very fragile state of mind with my concerns and the two ladies who took care of me that day were SO kind and comforting. I kick myself for not remembering the sweet lady who took my mammogram but she has been doing it for 30 years and talked me through the whole thing. The phone connection and phone answering system can leave one completely baffled. My wife called multiple times, with no response. Then she received a weird Verizon message. I tried calling and received the same Verizon response. I called the publicly listed number the hospital posted on Google, a very nice person answered and left me with the impression this is not an uncommon occurrence?
