My husband arrived the hospital via ambulance with a level 10 pain(at what would be a low peak time of the day 12:30a), and was sent back out into the emergency waiting room /triage area to wait. 7 hours later he is in excruciating pain still sitting in the waiting room with no signs of a doctor.

I spent extensive time with a Diabetes Educator learning how to identify food categories and how to count carbs. I received a handout that has helped me tremendously to count my carbs at mealtimes in a speedy way so my food doesn’t get cold. I look forward to my next appointment. Face to face is so much better than virtual
From my check in with Ronda through my CMRI with Samuel, I felt overwhelmed by how personal the care felt. These two staff members treated me like I was family and they made the whole procedure very pleasant!
