I had a great experience with my fibroid surgery in July. Even though the surgery was performed by my OB/GYN, The people who did my anesthesia and my nurses were top-tier. They let my husband come in the back with me while I was prepping to go to surgery because I was starting to get upset and nervous. The nurses were very kind and they explained everything to me. You literally have to have a gunshot wound to get IMMEDIATE CARE I just watched a nurse fall and get seen before 20 plus patients and taken care of this hospital needs new management and nurses this place is hell literally they do not care or provide and eta on when you’ll be seen and the staff is very rude I only came here because I couldn’t breathe. This facility needs to be investigated and shutdown because the service was unacceptableDO NOT COME HERE!!

Our visit was August 18th, 2026. Triage and initial testing were quick, but the experience afterward was extremely misleading. After being moved to the waiting room, we waited more than four hours with no updates. It was hard not to notice that there were actively present more security guards than medical staff, including one guard who kept dozing off right at the security entrance. This was my first time at Sourhern Md Hospital, and I was very pleased with the service, i received on 08/19/2026. Everyone was Awesome! From the Registration office to the prep, area with, Ron, Ima the NP, to Dolly & Dr Tang. My kidney Biobsy went well, and painless. I went to work the next day, without any problems. From this experience, i will definitely go back.
