My overall experience was excellent!!! The staff and especially Dr. Alex made me feel comfortable.and very relaxed. They treated me with kindness and compassion... something that's hard to find in the medical field these days.
Doctors there don't care. Ive had several PCP here and none have shown an ounce of compassion or empathy. Had MRI recently and told tech i am claustrophobic. The machine got hot and hotter inside and began causing me pain in my back/ kidneys. I have CKD and stones. So after 20 mins i told the tech I needed to get out. I pressed the buzzer 3 times before being acknowledge. Instead of releasing me, The tech said it would be a few more mins. He had no concern for me, only to complete the scan.
