I was in sooo much pain while I was getting my MRI but the tech made sure I was okay even tho the position I was on wasn’t the most comfortable one she assisted me in anyway possible thanks Medstar staff

Quick check in but Long wait!!!! With NO communication or updates on between waiting. You are the second to a room where you are locked up in there by yourself for another an hour waiting. It’s OK to wait but it’s not OK to cancel because if you’re cancel, you will be charged $100 for scheduled procedures. Looks like it’s overbooked, under managed, not enough doctors or staff for efficient execution. Therefore, it affects Customer Service and the ability to deliver superb patient care.
