Everyone involved in my visit was courteous and helpful. Only one piece of advice after waiting months to see a physician, you should not have to wait another few months to have a physical.
I’m so glad I switch to a different GI doctor. Dr. Khatri explains everything that needs to be done n change my treatment regimen.
Scheduled first appointment. The doc canceled same day, I was already at the office, not a problem things happen I was rescheduled for the next day and told I could follow up with the doctor I wanted to. Not an issue however I call back to schedule my follow up after blood work and was told I couldn’t see the doc I had originally intended to see because I didn’t start with that doc. I was in the ER over the weekend for abdominal pain made an appointment Monday morning for follow up with my primary care arrive for the appointment only to be told they have no appointment for me on file.... showed my history of the call and now they are checking with the nurse to see if I can be seen very frustrated.... went to administration they got me in with a different doctor which helps so changed from a one star to three
