Waited for two hours for a check up, eventually had to leave. Nobody kept me informed of wait or anything. Last visit took 3 hours. Disrespectful of patients time. Would not reommend unless you are an old person who has all day to wait to see doctor and dont care if you are kept informed of wait. They ask you multiple times through text to confirm visit, and when you are respectful of their time and come early, still get treated like this.
Marcel is the best window patient financial coordinator at Dr. Mathew office. Shes always smiling and ready to drop what she is doing to help me out whether it be making an appointment, collecting payments or calling the pharmacy she's on it .
My experience at this place has been excellent. Dr.Mathew is an excellent doctor and his staff are excellent as well.
Dr Matthew is a very knowledgeable doctor listen to my needs help me a lot with my medical conditions
Always nice talking to Dr. Matthew's and he's so thourual in his work , as far as getting in and the nurses takin care of me has always been Exceptional, I really will hate the day he retires after all these years I won't know what to do without him as my primary
