Dr.Gupta is always very kind and genuine
Dr. Gupta was professional and thorough, as always, and lab staff was very good at drawing blood. My only complaint is that this practice does not appear to utilize or push any patient info to the Medstar patient portal, and no one at the practice or on the portal help line seems to have any idea how to rectify that, because I've asked several times and gotten "I really don't know how that works" every time. The only info in my account is from a visit last January at a Medstar Urgent Care that is not at the Jarboe building. ... read more
The nurses are unprofessional and doesn't listen to the patient. I had to go back into the office the next day after my prescriptions was not filled right. Then they quick to have the attitude. The office of K Shaw. No communication with the doctor after I ask several times for her to call me.
