On April 11 at approximately 10:40 p.m., I was bitten by a dog and 911 contacted MedStar Mobile Healthcare on my behalf. When the provider arrived and examined my bleeding wound, instead of focusing on treatment, he accused me of lying and stated that it was not a dog bite, claiming he was an expert and knew exactly how such injuries should look. Watch out l! They double bill you. One bill for the insurance and a bill sent to you. Trying to get my money refunded to me. On the bright side, the paramedics were amazing.

The Paramedics were amazing the EMT Katelynn (not sure if that’s how you spell it) was phenomenal, completely empathetic and made sure that every complaint I had was addressed. Went well above and beyond any of my expectations. Having ridden on these before by far this was the best I’ve ever had. If given opportunity for a bonus or raise I would completely endorse her
