My appointment was at 8 am today. I arrived at 7:30. At 8am someone came to speak to me in the waiting room. She stated that the doctor was in L&D and therefore my appointment would be changed to a virtual call and she would call me in advance to let me know when the doctor would be calling me and I would receive a link to access the virtual call.
