Very professional and yet very kind to patients. It became very busy very fast and everyone was registered and taken care of. The doctor spent time with me, answered my questions and a determination was made as to how to proceed, and a plan was made for a return visit was agreed upon and why that visit was necessary. The only downside was that it could not happen until mid November. Other than that, everything was easy!
