From the front desk on, my first visit as a new patient was exceptional. The staff was pleasant, kind, and personable… welcoming from the moment I walked in and easy to talk to throughout. Although bumpy start Hospital entrance was blocked no fault on the Ob/Gyn office. Front office staff was empathetic and very cordial. There was also a discrepancy with the referral and Martinez went above and beyond to call my primary doctor during busy rush to ensure referral was corrected to prevent the insurance company will honor the claim.
