My experience was pleasant from check-in to Triage with the nurse and with Dr. Temesgen. ... The ONLY thing that was a bit off putting was when I asked the front desk receptionist who checks in for other doctors a question, she was Not welcoming and her response was cold. 10/07/2025 Lovely experience from check-in to vital check with the nurse. Dr. Case is wonderful. He listens and answered all of my questions and concerns. Every interaction and encounter that I had with the front desk and back office was very pleasant.
