Alex has been a complete game changer for my running form and speed! He is patient and flexible, willing to work with complex and rapidly changing schedules. His sessions will also adapt to how well I have recovered from other training which makes it fit nicely whether I am in or out of my athletic season.
Jay is amazing! I needed help with adding more variety into my workout routine and improving my balance and strength. Six weeks later, I feel so much more confident and eager to keep up with the hard work we put into each session. The facility, and Jay himself, are incredibly welcoming. I really looked forward to my sessions because of everyone's positive, friendly attitude. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I hope to come back again soon! 10/10 would recommend!
