I was referred to Dr. Paul Armstrong 31 years ago and I have been treated very well by him and his staff. I will miss his care.
Appointment at 3:20. Told to come 30 min early. Arrived 2:45. Was not seen. It was 4:25 when I walked out. Pathetic.
