I chose my Dr Fong wisely & was not disappointed. His expertise & kindness alone deserved 5 stars. The staff was had kind & caring initiative. However, the facility was not easily accessible which caused me great difficulty to enter & to leave. For this reason, I wrestle with returning to this medical practice/location. The snow & icey walkways to the entrance were also challenging.
6-month blood pressure check-in
Generally my visit was good. The two bad points were: while I make it a point to arrive early, my PCP was late. Second, my PCP told me to get two separate blood tests done, her assistant only gave me an order for one. When I explained that I was supposed to get two she argued with me and I left with only one.
Dr Hammett was a good listener and asked important questions about the reason for the visit. No complaints or concerns. Very positive experience. Dr. Hammett is an incredible doctor. She truly cares about her patients.
