everyone is pleasant and efficient I love my primary doctor Norwood. She addresses both my physical and emotional issues
The operations supervisor that was on duty was excellent! We ran into a couple of hiccups both my mom and I and she squared us away and sorted us out in no time. She’s pleasant, very kind and she’s super patient and helpful. She definitely should be commended for exceptional leadership. She’s a good reason to go back to Medstar!
Everyone at the front desk was nice and welcoming and the doctor and nurse was very kind.
I've been going to Dr Norwood for about 15 plus years Doctor know what is an excellent doctor she listens to you she's concerned about what's going on with you and the staff is truly amazing also.
