I am 81. I was having difficulty using the stairs with my my left knee. Now I am much more steady on my left knee and can go up and down stairs with it. Sometimes there were small increments of time when clients shared an instructor. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. I liked very much how the area we used was cleaned right afterwards.
