My MedStar experience from a cortisone shot, physical therapy before surgery (only lasted 3 sessions)(in Gambrills), to surgery with Dr. A. Murthi to replace my right shoulder, to recovery through physical therapy at the MedStar Pasadena site, it was one of the best health related experience I have went through. Wonderful staff who actually listened to my concerns. Many, many thumbs up to entire staff, Kyle and Zach were fantastic! Special thanks to Marge at front desk for her incredible thoughtfulness and always encouraging words! I hope I never need their services again but, if I do, I will highly recommend this particular facility!!!!
MedStar Physical Therapy in Pasadena, MD and Zachary Roy in particular, have been superior in every way. Zac Roy listens to my concerns and pushes just enough to make healing possible. The staff is very friendly.
