More importantly, they educate you so you understand what has happened to you and what you can do about it (if you are willing to do the work) . I had a great experience with my physical therapist. They were knowledgeable, caring, and took the time to create a treatment plan that worked for me. The genuine care they showed me every time I was there is something worth mentioning. Especial thanks to Alice, Jen and the whole team.
Kazumi Keener was creative, knowledgeable, and no-nonsense. After a hand surgeon told me there was nothing more to be done for my finger short of surgery, Kazumi made a special splint and gave me exercises. They are helping strengthen the finger. I'm very grateful to her.
