My team of therapists developed a great therapy plan for my rehab. Every time I have had a session, the receptionists were courteous and professional. My appointments started on time and it is a pleasure to work with the staff of professionals who truly care about their patients.

My mom is not receiving caring, consistent treatment in her healing journey from knee replacement surgery. My elderly mother's surgery was 3 weeks ago tomorrow and my mom was dropped from the pt schedule. The secretary had to 'work hard' to find appointments for this week and going forward. Her surgeon specifically prescribed 3x week for the first 4 weeks. The Ellicott City location dropped two appointments.
