Just spent about 8 weeks in PT with Dan. He is an awesome therapist. He assessed my injury and limitations. Prescribed a progressive program of stretching and strengthening. He adjusted the program as I progressed. He explained how to properly do each exercise and why it was prescribed.
Can’t say enough good things about John! Super knowledgeable, supportive, and made every PT session enjoyable. He built a great treatment plan and always made sure I understood what we were doing and why. Can’t recommend him enough!
Jon Rouse has been a wonderful PT and helped me avoid surgery. I decided to use Jon for a shoulder injury after I saw how well he took care of my daughter with her sprained knee earlier in the year. I also love the Cockeysville location and the gym atmosphere that location has. I love how low key it is and less formal than other MedStar locations. It’s also a convenient location to York Road. I highly recommend Jon R.!
