The entire staff at the Clinton location were exceptional. They were always positive and polite. Special shout out to my therapist Jessie, and assistant Serena. They did an amazing job, pushed me when I wanted to give up, and I could not be any happier with my results. And Serena made sure everything was cleaned and sanatized at ALL times. I was there after a total knee replacement, and I'm walking better than ever!!! Definitely recommend this location for any therapy needs.
My experience at MedStar Physical Therapy in Clinton is great! My primary or lead therapist is Mr. Jesse, and Ms. Kelly is my second therapist. Both are professional, personable, knowledgeable, and make me feel like my recovery process matters to them. For the most part, the other staff is personable and has a welcoming posture. My therapist Janeice, is the greatest and I really mean it she is dedicated to her craft. She is patient but you will complete the tasks she gives you. I feel I have improved my walking in the 6 sessions. She has a lovely demeanor very soft spoken but means what she instructs you to do. Janeice you are the greatest and I hope we can become friends.
