Excellent services from the front desk, therapists and other staffs. Convenient location near Ballston Metro. Highly recommended!
I’ve been to Medstar Physical Therapy at Balston three times now. I think they do a great job! Each time, they helped me to alleviate my pain and get back on track. Nicole and Sosh are particularly good.
My occupational therapy appointment with Roshannak was terrible. When describing my symptoms, she cut me off mid-sentence to basically say that wasn't a good enough reason for billing. She didn't care about understanding my issues. She proceeded to give me a regimen that I can't do because of pain and tightness. Maybe if she actually listened to me when she asked what hurt, she could have come up with a solution that I could actually get through.
Jordyn is a really good physical therapist. He works me pretty hard as I recover from a fractured femur. He is very patient with me and hopefully I'll be back on my feet soon.
Excellent facility from scheduling, to front desk check in, to seeing Melissa Y. as my physical therapist.
