I just called this number to ask about filling a medication. The woman who answered was overly angry that I had the audacity to call a hospital pharmacy and spoke to me as if I was extremely rude and stupid. She made me repeat myself twice and then asked me exactly WHY do I need to speak to the pharmacy. When I explained my question, she said "Ma'am.. this is an INPATIENT HOSPITAL PHARMACY. Always professional and I get my medication in a timely manner.
I was very disappointed in the St Mary's pharmacy technician when she forgot to give me one of my vital medications when I was discharged from the hospital. Had drive all the way back to get it where she offered no apology. May be convenient but seemingly inconsiderate at best.
