Blood sample was taken quickly and professionally but billing was not done correctly. I made it clear that Medicare was my primary insurance yet the bill was send directly to my secondary without going to Medicare. When I tried to rectify this by calling the lab during working hours, no one answers the phone or returns my call when I leave a message.
This facility is not answering their phone and my husband had blood work done over a month ago. No results were ever sent to his dr. Unprofessional. It appears the sample was lost!
