I visited this office bc of pain in both shoulders and neck. Some of the staff barely opened their mouths to address me at the desk. Eventually, I was taken to a room by a young woman who hardly uttered a word and told me to have a seat on the table and that Dr. Tepper would be in, then left. Dr. Tepper came in and following a brief exam of lifting my arms, recommended cortisone shots in both shoulders. He said the earlier xrays showed nothing. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Everyone was pleasant and efficient.
The doctor was very friendly and gave me some good information on what to expect going forward. The appointment only lasted about 20 minutes
