I was seen today by Dr Stein and was so impressed with his bedside manner, ability to explain your condition and solutions in a way that you can understand and make a decision about treatment. It was a good experience.
Beyond the excellent care, knowledge and experience of the physicians, the support staff at Med Star is what the model for health care should be. Beyond expectations, seems to be their lowest tier. We have seen 4 different doctors for, knee, shoulder, hip and spine, in the last 3 years and every call and interaction has been seamless and easy. I am so glad they have a presence in Annapolis now and was happy to be one of the first surgical patients. Keep up the outstanding work.
I was so relieved to see the PA. She spent time discussing my MRI and even called the following morning to discuss my options. What a difference it made to be heard.
