Dr. Felbaum and the office team always respond to questions or requests. Understanding, informative, and supportive. Great asset to the healthcare community.
Dr. Nair and his whole office staff including his Assistant are outstanding professionals. Dr. Nair is an excellent surgeon and physician. He is extremely patient and helpful in navigating your recovery. His staff are all friendly and helpful and extremely timely in assisting with insurance and documentation that is needed. They are all down to earth and kind people. I highly recommend him!
Receptionist Lona is rude and hangs up on clients that call in to see why they were ghosted for a virtual appointment and is blaming Dr Mills. Lona's boss too
