Dr Vinay Deshmukh is an outstanding neurosurgeon and possibly the best in the Washington DC area, if not the entire East Coast! I had previously received cervical surgery through Inova for a compressed nerve in my spine. Unfortunately, those surgeons were only interested in replacing degenerated discs and did not do a thorough exam of why I was unable to use my bicep and deltoid muscles in my right arm.
