Everyone from the front office through the person who checked me out at the end of my appointment was very friendly and caring as well as efficient and informative and made me feel welcome and helped me to calm my nerves at having to see a Neurologist in the first place. Dr. Tofade was great! She listened to my concerns and addressed each of them compassionately and explained to me her plan of care carefully and made sure that I understood and had no further questions before the end of my appointment.
