Professional, kind, knowledgeable.
The office staff are HORRIBLE. Messages are left but rarely are they returned. When I spoke to the office manager, the wrong medication was ordered. I had already been out of it for 2 weeks because of the delay on their end. I then called and spoke to a staff member and asked the office manager to call me back about the medication change. She finally called me back about 9 days later. By this time I’ve been out of my medication for over 3 weeks. This is very typical of this office.
