Great experience with the Concussion Clinic. During my initial call to to the Clinic I received a thorough explanation of their process and services, and the front desk worked with me to get the first available appointment for evaluation. Our Practitioner, Mary Spare, was knowledgeable, patient and meticulous. She really took her time to listen to our concerns, gave my husband a thorough evaluation, and we left with clear instructions on the next steps for care and follow up with her. Highly recommend.
The Waugh Chapel Concussion Clinic is hands down the best. Nurse Practitioner Mary Spare and the whole team including speech therapy is amazing. I can't thank you all enough for showing such great compassion and understanding
We had a really great experience at the concussion clinic. Kelly was wonderful with my daughter—very patient, understanding, and made sure she felt comfortable every step of the way. She explained everything clearly and really cared about her progress. The front desk staff is also very friendly and welcoming, which made our visit easy. We’ve only had one visit so far, but we’re already really happy with the care and are looking forward to our next appointment!
