I received a brilliantly fast kidney transplant that soon freed me from hemodialysis. The immediate surgical and transplant care was excellent. General follow-up care is good. However, if you are outside DC and get admitted to a local hospital, there is no easily available physicians direct line. So if there are questions your local nephrologist or hospitals has, I'm my observance it can take hours to days to receive a response. I’ve been with Dr Rangnekar for the past 10 years. I was very lucky to have chosen him. He has a great bedside manner and a really good Dr. He listens to your concerns and acts accordingly. He was part of my liver transplant team. He along with the team, saved my life. I will be eternally grateful to them all. I highly recommend Dr Rangnekar. He’s definitely 5 stars ⭐️ in my book.
