Terrible. Patient has over 200 blood pressure and they sit them back in waiting room. Lab tech draws blood and doesn't put guaze nor pressure after. Stupid or deliberate. Authorities should close them down

I wish I can give 0 stars... I would never trust my dog to come to this emergency room!!!!!!!! I should have went to Hopkins... They discharged me when I kept telling them I'm not feeling better and I was still in Pain!!! All they do is sit around and talk and play at their stations other than work and check test results!!! This is a sorry hospital.

My mother arrived by ambulance at 3:30am on a Monday morning. She is 82 years old and has parkinson's disease. She stayed in the ER for 36 hours. Her nurse Mallory told her to keep her hand still because it interfers with the iv. the tremors she can't control. Mallory did not help her with BR I didn't mind helping but she had all sorts of wire monitors. She didn't empty the potty chair It was used twice. When I left 12 am She became irritated and told her she was tired of the Parkinson's excuses. Terrible care
